• Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless we receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed a court action.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to remove content and/or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, if applicable.
